Who I Am

My name is Joe, and I’m the sole owner and operator of Twin Blade Trading Cards. As a United States Army Infantry Veteran and an active law enforcement officer, I built this business from the ground up—running everything out of my spare bedroom. Pokémon has always been a passion of mine, and this venture is my way of sharing that love with fellow collectors and players.

The Story Behind Twin Blade Trading Cards

The name Twin Blade Trading Cards was inspired by one of my favorite Pokémon, Scyther—a fierce and fast Bug-type with razor-sharp blades for arms. But my love for Pokémon goes beyond just one! Some of my all-time favorites include Raichu, Jolteon, Heracross, Pinsir, Houndoom, and Haunter. Just like Pokémon brings excitement, strategy, and nostalgia to millions, I strive to bring that same energy to every collector and player who visits my store.
